The Emotion of Beauty: Confidence, Doubt & Acceptance

At the end of 2018, my photography work was featured in an Exhibition for my University Course.
"The Emotion of Beauty" is a three images show the stages of how people see themselves when it comes to beauty. Social Beauty standards are harming to people in more ways than one, especially is someone doesn’t conform to what most consider ‘normal’.
Model appears Androgynous to challenge gender stereotypes and how and why we perceive something or someone as beautiful.
The overall themes for these three images is that no matter what, beauty is in the eye of the beholder and one doesn't need to conform to gender stereotypes to look beautiful and should accept themselves the way they are.
